Of course, the idea is to remain within this state until the desire manifests into reality, however – in this technique, once you have harmonized with the idealized state – you’ll want to forget it, and allow the unconscious mind to do the work.

What is the Vortex Breathwork Pattern?

The Vortex Breathwork pattern is a technique that helps balance the conscious and unconscious mind. Also known as “rebreathing” the technique is quite simple. You’ll start off by breathing in through the nose and then exhaling through the mouth.

In the next sequence, you’ll inhale through the mouth and exhale through the nose. Then you’ll simply repeat this pattern.

It may feel strange at first, forcing your breath in this way, however – after a few minutes your body relaxes into the new pattern and then continues almost as if by automatic. You’ll also notice a lot of energy or movement in your forehead or the third eye. This will indicate that you’re opening up your powers of visualization allowing you to connect to your ideal state in a very real way.

Breathwork Tips in the breath-hold

There are three breath-holds in this breathwork session. It’s not a long one, only for about 30-seconds so even a rookie can do it. However, unlike techniques such as the Wim Hof Technique or other Tummo Style breathing, these breath-holds are designed to quickly take you deeper into a state of profound meditation.

After you conclude the Vortex Breath, you’ll be instructed to empty your lungs. Afterward, you’ll inflate your lungs starting in the diaphragm, and then expanding it into the chest. Once you’re fully inflated, you’ll simply try to relax while holding your breath for roughly 10-seconds.

Then exhale and relax deeply and hold your breath for 30-seconds.

During the recovery breath you’ll inhale once more from the diaphragm and then hold for 10-seconds while squeezing the perineum. Visualize energy shooting from the base of your spine all the way to your third eye.

Tips for Manifesting

While it’s true that everything can be manifested there is also a degree of difficulty in making it happen.

For example, it may be easy for you to believe you will get a job promotion because you’ve been working towards this goal. You know that you’ve already put in a lot of energy and the motions are pushing you toward your desired reality. Perhaps you’re competing with a few people but by using the breathwork manifestor, you eliminate the competition and achieve your desired situation.

Compare this example to trying to manifest $1,000,000.00 in a week. Except, you don’t have any connections to wealth or even don’t have a bank account. You buy 1 or 2 lotto tickets and hope that you win.

Even though you may be fully convinced that you will win, the odds and probability of this happening are low.

This is because 1) you may not be able to believe it truly and 2) millions of other people are also doing the same as you.

Someone will win it, but who that may be becomes a bit more unclear. Your manifesting also didn’t fail!

It only increased your odds of winning, however the odds were so large, that even with this advantage you weren’t able to get what you want.

And so, it’s best to work on manifesting things you’re already working on, or needs that you can believe can happen.
