HOW IT WORKS!

The full Breathwork Experience will be available for purchase at anytime after the first FREE Full Moon Ritual. 

On EVERY FULL MOON, 100 people will be granted access to the LIVE ZOOM STREAM.

In order to gain access to the LIVE ZOOM STREAM – you need to JOIN THE TELEGRAM GROUP

Once you have joined, you will receive the link on the day of the event to join. Since there are only 100 Spots available, it’s a “First come first served” scenario. 

After we do the live event, the recording of the event will be available in my Store along with the Audio for purchase. 

FULL SESSION DYNAMICS
(BEST PRACTICES)

This is not your ordinary meditation session. This 1:30hrs dynamic involves breathwork, visualization, deep trance identification, & NLP Anchoring.

Within this dynamic, you will be shifting into a future representation of yourself using a technique called Deep Trance Identification. You can read more about that here.

In order for you to have the best possible experience, please read the following:

 

BREATHWORK PATTERNS:

The first thing we need to cover are the different breathwork patterns used throughout the session. The first pattern is 4-4-4 meaning you’ll inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4-seconds and exhale for 4-seconds. This is accompanied by a visualization exercise.

If you have difficulty visualizing, you can put up representations of the visual images we cover during the session. I have included a few videos that could assist with the visualizing – simply use these if you have difficulty visualizing. However, it is recommended to attempt the visualizations as this too is a muscle that can be trained.

Once we have completed the first portion of the video – we’ll move onto a 1-1-2 Transpersonal Breathwork Pattern at two different intensities. This breath consists of two short inhalations, followed by a longer exhalation. The first five minutes will be slow, the following five minutes will be far more intense. Go as fast as your body allows. The recordings are merely meant as a guide.

Once we have finished the transpersonal breathwork – we’ll have for Tummo-styled breathing patterns with 1-minute breathholds. The majority of people will have trouble making it to the full minute of which an emergency breath may be taken.

An Emergency breath is simply the act of inhaling  briefly and exhaling immediately, emptying the lungs and returning to the breathhold.

However – the breathhold is designed to be difficult in order to activate adrenal responses. This will help you integrate into the experience with greater intensity.

Try to resist the first urge to breathe and only implement the emergency breath when you simply can’t hold it any longer.  Above all – don’t push yourself too hard – it’s only about seeing where your limit is in a responsible manner.

The final breath work dynamic follows the Bullet Breath Sequence. This is used to anchor the state to a body part for future recall. For example, when stressed – one could retrigger the anchor and access the resourcefulness of the shifting experience.
