Individual Breathwork Sessions

Breathwork Sessions Specifically Designed to Benefit Your Current Situation!

A Session as Unique as You are

experience the raw potential of personalized breathwork

Breathwork becomes particularly powerful when you begin to use it as a means for personal transformation. Is there a goal you’d like to achieve? A skill you’d like to learn? A feeling you’d like to explore?

Breathwork is an amazing tool to occupy the conscious mind in order for the creative unconscious to manifest and with it, bring unique solutions personalized to your current situation.

While Breathwork can be used in a therapeutic format, I personally focus on assisting in creating unique experiences for my clients. At times, this may be focused on healing in which I merely assist in creating the space for your unconscious mind to do the heavy lifting.

Step 1: Set Your Intention

Establish the Objective

Once you have decided ‘You Want a Personalized Breathwork Session’, you and I will have a brief conversation a few days prior to our actual session.

During this brief conversation, we’ll figure out the best approach for utilizing breathwork to your advantage.

Some of the Questions I may ask include:

  1. Have you ever had any prior breathwork experience?
  2. Have you ever experienced a ‘non-ordinary state of consciousness’?
  3. What do you expect to gain from the session?
  4. Is there anything in particular you’d like to focus on?

During our conversation, we’ll also cover all the necessary preparations needed to ensure that your experience will be profound and dynamic.

In addition, we’ll pick the right breathwork sequence based on your particular needs.

We will then separate a date and create a Calendar Alert so everyone can be there on time.

You may also receive additional instructions depending on the breathwork dynamic.

Step 2: Establish your Setting

In order for significant personal transformation – you need to feel safe, comfortable, and know you will not be disturbed for the duration of the session.

For the best results, I recommend taking time to set up your space.

Consider all of the things you may need like water, tissue paper, a blanket, a pillow, etc.

If you’re taking a designer session with me in person, I provide most of the things you’ll need including sound treatment.

If you’re doing this remotely I recommend using headphones and if possible, wireless headphones however, many of my clients also use external speakers. Ultimately – you need to find what works best for you.

Finally, the session will always only be as effective as you permit it to be. Some people fear losing control, however – that’s why I’m there to assist in those moments.

Therefore, it’s important to enter with a clear objective and openness to the experience  & to trust in the power of the creative unconscious.

You can take a small step or a giant stride…

That is entirely your choice!

Step 3: Breathwork & Integration

On the day of the Breathwork Session it is important you relax and reaffirm your intention. Additionally, refrain from eating anything for at least 2 hours before the time.

Breathwork works best on an empty belly.

Typically we start with a few minutes of grounding exercises to help clear your mind from any potential invading thoughts. Creating a state of singular focus.

When you’re ready to go – we’ll begin the breathwork session for the established time where I will guide you through the session utilizing music, sound effects, a guided mediation, and general coaching to ensure you get the most out of your session.

Once the session concludes and you have had some time to return to your ordinary state of consciousness – we’ll integrate what you’ve learned on your ‘breath-fueled journey’.

At times, new emotions and sensations could arise warranting further exploration. If this happens, I will provide some follow up “at home” techniques you can do for deeper exploration, or we could book another session to follow up.

A typical breathwork session lasts between 45 mins – 1:30 hrs. Sometimes longer. Session times are booked in intervals of one hour.
